WHAT IS PICO LASER

Tattoo Removal

PicoStar is a next-generation picosecond tattoo removal laser that makes it possible to emit laser beams with a pulse duration of up to 400 picoseconds. Thanks to this ultra-short pulse length, tattoos can be fragmented in much smaller particles than with a nanosecond laser. This allows for more gentle treatment and faster removal by the lymphatic system. Each wavelength targets a precise set of colors, working together to give practitioners a full-spectrum solution against colorful tattoos. The 1064 nm wavelength is ideal for treating darker ink colors (black, brown, green, blue, and purple), and the 532 nm wavelength is effective against brighter ink colors (red, orange, and yellow). Together, these two wavelengths target the colors in 90-95% of tattoos.
