Pre treatment Care

Do not use blood-thinning medications (Aspirin, Warfarin, Plavix etc) for 5 days prior to treatment.

Post treatment Care

​

Maximise facial activity for 30 to 60 minutes after treatment. Facial gestures such as frowning, raising your eye-brows and squinting attract the muscle relaxant to the tissue.

 

Do not have facial treatment, rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours after your injectables. Avoid strenuous exercise, hot showers, and sauna for 24 hours after treatment. 

 

Avoid laying down for 4 hours after treatment.

 

If you should develop a headache after injection treatment use paracetamol (Panadol) instead aspirin or ibuprofen.

During the first 24 to 48 hours after injection of fillers you may experience redness, swelling and tenderness. This reaction is normal and will resolve quickly over another 2 to 4 days.
